I have been making these ‘Moebius’ scarves out of old square scarves during lockdown.

Moebius scarf

fold your square of
flower-patterned silk
in three: squirmish

it will slip, resist,
but pinion it with pins
tame it with stitches

twist, once,
the rectangle you have made
join its short sides

and here is an endless
single surface
a small, soft infinity
